Depending on the type of meter installed in your home, you may have a flat price for all energy used in a day or have a day/night price.All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and Cents.
Your Energy Rate can go up or down based on market conditions. We will protect your Energy Rate until 31 March 2020 and if you decide to leave Grey Power Electricity you can do so free of charge by providing us with 30 days notice.
The price you pay for the Delivery of your electricity depends on where you live in New Zealand. Delivery charges are separated from your Energy Rate. These include Network Services Charges, Metering, Billing and Administration.
We will flow through the Network Services charges for the entire time you are a customer with us *.
Your Network Services charges appear on your bill so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
* It is not practical to flow through the per kWh Network charges for all networks.
For some networks, Network Services charges will be calculated using published prices and other
assumptions that allow us to recover network charges across our customer based on your network.
